1. No water causes: poor water intake, water filter plugging, long time no use, pump inlet and outlet valve paste processing: open a large amount of water, clean the water inlet filter element, open the pump head valve cover, respectively Each of the three inlet and outlet valves was removed and the valve was opened with the fingers.
2. Causes of low pressure: Wear of high and low pressure water seals, wear and tear of pump inlet/outlet valves, foreign matter on card, pressure regulator valve wear, and water nozzle wear.
Treatment: The high pressure water seal wear needs to be replaced, the pump inlet and outlet valve wear needs to be replaced, the foreign matter can be removed from the card, the pressure regulator valve wear needs to be replaced, and the water nozzle wear needs to be replaced.
3. Causes of large equipment vibration: The water inlet pipe is cracked, and the pump inlet valve card has a foreign matter treatment: replace the inlet pipe, remove the pump inlet and outlet valve foreign body
4. After the gun is turned off, the device is automatically started. Reason: There is a leak in the high-pressure part. The treatment is as follows: Fasten the connection part, such as the leakage of the gun handle needs to be replaced.
5. Regular replacement of lubricants The new equipment must be replaced with 50H before operation. Replace the lubricant according to the daily usage time of the equipment. Suggestion: 250bar or less The equipment should be replaced every 250 hours. 250bar or more Equipment should be replaced every 100 hours.
